Sports massage is a great massage to have if you in training, preparing for a race and recovering from one. They differ depending on where your at in your training. This specific form of body work involves direct physical action on the muscle and other soft tissues of your body. Soft tissue techniques targets your muscles, tendons, ligaments, or other connective tissue such as fascia.
