It’s Festive Season!

Most people are catching up on friends, going to parties - living our best post-covid lives!


I don’t want to be a party pooper, but if you are going to consider a night off. This is what you will be doing… you will be drinking hot water with fresh lemon and herbs such as Thyme or Rosemary with a little bit of hard honey to taste. You will be in bed by 9pm and…





…Your body will still be at the after party 🥳 …catching up with each other…sharing leftovers…cleaning and sobering … until the sun comes up… ☀️


So, what’s the score.

Prime Organs functions and their private party times.


1: 3 - 5am Lungs

2: 5 - 7am Large Intestine

3: 7 -9am Stomach

4: 9 - 11am Spleen


5: 11- 13pm Heart

6: 13 - 15pm Small Intestines

7: 15 - 17pm Urinary Bladder

8: 17 - 19pm Kidney

9: 19 - 21pm Heart Wall

10: 21 -23pm Temperature Warmer

11: 23 - 1am Gall Bladder

12: 1am - 3am Liver


And then back to:


3 -5am Lungs


You Brain is cleaning consistently. In fact it’s doing the nightshift. Working 3 times harder than it does during the day. It off loads it’s toxin’s via the Glymphatic System to the Spine. Where it is then off loaded to the body to be cleared out by the Lymphatic System.


They say when one organ does not ‘pass the baton’ to the following organ, then there is discomfort, pain and - if asleep - you are woken up...


...And the post party is over. 🤒

The Verdict


If the party gets to finish naturally - you get another night out. Fresh, recharged, energised. 😊

What’s the moral of the story?


If you can have a few nights off to catch up. Sleep lost can never be recovered - so make sure you're having fun! 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉
